Our Angels are fully accredited and trained to support clients who’s circumstances require daily assistance. Our Angels become an integral member of your support team, helping you shoulder the load. With every client, we are mindful to tailor our services to your budget.
Tailored Care Program
We will tailor an individual care program that suits our clients’ care plan objectives and budget. This can include everything from daily self-care tasks to assistance with shopping, appointments and daily outings.
Interactive Client File
We maintain an interactive client file detailing daily activities for you and other carers. Our policy is open communication and this important tool promotes transparency amongst the entire support team.
Goals and Outcomes
Every client has individual goals and objectives, so our program needs to be flexible. We consult with you or your case manager to address your particular requirements and then tailor an individual care program.
